Lobby Chat Access Fix
Problem
The Lobby Chat Service was being disabled for all users instead of just players who aren’t members of any group.
Root Cause
The issue was a timing problem where the UI was rendering before the user data (groups and admin status) was fully loaded. The component was evaluating the condition _userGroups?.Any() == true || _isAdmin before _userGroups was populated from the database.
Solution
Added proper async data loading with a loading state to ensure the UI waits for user data to be loaded before evaluating chat access conditions.

- Cannot: Send chat messages (blocked with alert)
- Can: View chat if they’re admins (admin override)
- Should: Contact administrator to be added to a group
Admins
- Always have access regardless of group membership
- Can broadcast to all logged-in players
- Can moderate chat functionality
